Safety Procedure:
Prior to starting any class, you must sign a quick induction/waiver form, make the instructor aware of any medical conditions and only attend if you are in a fit and healthy state. A risk assessment is available to view on request.
Due to insurance purposes Classes are for 18 years of age and above.
