Classes last around 30- 40 Minutes.
All classes need to be booked in advance.
A steady paced session that helps to improve muscle strength and movement. Ideal for conditions such as osteoarthritis. Using a range of Weights and resistance bands to increase strength in a steady and safe way.
Please arrive 5 minutes before the class starts.
All participants must have a introduction session before starting this class.
Safety Procedure:
Prior to starting any class, you must sign a quick induction/waiver form, make the instructor aware of any medical conditions and only attend if you are in a fit and healthy state. A risk assessment is available to view on request.
Any one attending classes must be over the age of 18.
