Runners: Strengthen and Flex

The Keele Centre, Three Mile Ln, Newcastle-under-Lyme ST5 5HH.
Classes last around 30- 40 Minutes.
All classes need to be booked in advance.
New Runners themed class to help improve leg strength, encourage better posture and increase flexibility.
Please arrive 5 minutes before the class starts.
Safety Procedure:
Prior to starting any class, you must sign a quick induction/waiver form, make the instructor aware of any medical conditions and only attend if you are in a fit and healthy state. A risk assessment is available to view on request.
Due to insurance purposes Classes are for 18 years of age and above.
